We have assembled a team of town planners to maintain and build upon the standards and ethos established by our predecessor practice, Fenton Simons and later Fenton & Associates, whose principal focus was town planning, development management and architecture and had over thirty years’ experience in specialising in residential and commercial development.
We provide town planning and development consultancy services and our primary aim is to provide a solution based planning service that caters to all our client's needs and requirements. Our experience and expertise provide us with a comprehensive understanding of the planning system and the development process, and as every project has individual requirements, this allows us to guide our clients through each individual project to a successful conclusion. We provide commercial planning advice from initial opinions and feasibilities, which inform site development options, right through to achieving a successful grant of permission.
Our practice regularly works as part of multi-disciplinary teams with other professionals such as architects, engineers, landscape architects, environmental consultants etc. as required for each individual project. This allows us to address the varying needs of projects by recommending the services of other specialists where necessary.
Our town planning practice offers bespoke and direct advice on a range of services, on all matters relating to town planning.
We provide a competent planning consulting service and we are accredited members of the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.our services
Our experience and expertise allow us to guide our clients, from individuals to developers, through the intricacies of the planning system. We cater for a wide range of projects, ranging from individual appraisals and developments to major urban and rural, brownfield and greenfield developments across all development sectors.
