Located fronting onto the N7 motorway, at the entrance to Citywest Business Campus, Waterside is  an award winning office development that currently accommodates for c. 20,000sq.m (c. 220,000sq.ft) of office space, set within a high quality landscaped setting.

Having been involved with the development of Citywest Business Campus since its inception, which provides for a variety of amenities, infrastructure and public transport links required to create the ideal business environment, Tracy Armstrong was the lead planning consultant for the Waterside project.

Waterside currently comprises five Grade A office buildings and occupied by leading tenants including SAP, Fidelity and Glanbia. Planning permission is in place to provide an additional c.16,500sq.m of Grade A office space in three new landmark buildings known as 6, 7 & 8 Waterside.
